making and Breaking 20

Today we were playing a learning game called making or breaking. I think I didn't do so well because I didn't have enough ideas to make 20.Next time I need to focus a lot harder on it because I wasn't really focused on my math*-*

Year 6 Camp

Year 6 Camp

I am going on a school camp for a few days and I am so excited. I hope it's fun. We are going to do a lot of Activities in the ocean like body boarding, we are going to do archery as as well. I am not going to tell you what else we are doing for now, I'll tell you when I come back. I'll hopefully send some photos as well.

Understanding the Author's Message

I was learning to understand the Author's message.
I felt it was easy because I could find the clues easily and I got some help.My next step is to try do it on my own.
what I did here was that I had to get the information then show that I understand what the Author's trying to say.

My Kennings Poem

I was learning to write a kennings poem about  myself.
I felt like I did a excellent job on writing the poem because it was about myself and I followed the structure fantastically.
My next step is to stay focused because I get distracted a lot. 

My Did You Ever Poem

I was learning how to write a Did You Ever poem.
I felt like I did a good job because I followed the success criteria. I was really happy that I finished on time because I listened to the teacher and I didn't get confused.
My next step is to try work faster because I only just finished on time and I need to challenge  myself by using more interesting verbs and nouns. I need to use an exciting statement at the end so the reader can understand how I feel and get excited.
